heh, i thought i'd just update my journal, test out some of the journal skins, and catch up with people!

sooo! my seventeenth birthday was on the fifth, and ~DeadSoulMate got me a three month subscription! i luvs her soo much! XD i have still to try making a poll, but ive fould where you make them! also, i've put the visitors thing on, which is interesting, cos i can find more deviants who are, assumingly, interested in the same sort of things i am. which makes for better friendships!

college update! bad news first. i'm failing maths. so far, in the two tests we've had, i've had two fails. i'm seriously regretting taking it, but i'm stuck with the damned subject now until atleast the end of the college year, if i can convince my parents to let me drop it... i also found out a while ago that i have the same lecturer who taught my dad... twenty seven years ago... -_-' he still has these skanky old notes that look like they were from when he was teaching my dad. the pages are all yellow, and covered in crusty bits of old peeling off sellotape and tea ring stains. :S not nice.

on a better note about college, biology, chemistry and science in society (SIS) are great! everyone else has been complaining that biology is really hard. but i dont think it really is, its a lot of fun! X) we gave caffeine to water fleas, and looked at them under microscopes. they were spinning round and round, which made it hard to count their heart beats! D: SIS is a lot of fun too. theres only seven of us in our class, so you can always get enough attention to make sure you understand everything. also, a lot of the course is opinions adn descussion. its not all that hard, considering that its actually a second year course, and in in first year.

moving on, ive been wondering if anyone would be interested in seeing the first few pages of the Essence manga, which i've done? granted that they will probably be redone sooner or later because my style has inproved and changed a lot since i drew them. ive only got about half/three quaters of the prologue done, but it also gives you a chance to see young malek! interested?

last thing! i'm thinking of offering to do some christmas sketches for people... maybe a watercolour or two, if i feel up to it... how about the first ten people who comment on this journal can have a sketch each? you'd need to specify what youd like in it, whether youd like just lineart, coloured drawing or pencil shaded, whatever media (perhaps even microsoft paint?) and also colour schemes... so i can make it as close to how youd want it as possible. the only conditions are that i have to agree to the terms you suggest, they will all be christmas themed (duh) and i point blank refuse to do anything twilight related. its just a big no no.
